ORDERS OVER 30 DAYS cannot be accepted as a direct return and must meet our original return guidelines with the exception of malfunctioning/defective performance shortly after usage and concealed damage. Customers must provide detailed description of the issues with the item, photographic proof that can support the claim. Warranty Return Requests do not pertain to damages due to impact/crashes, pot-holes, and standard deterioration due to normal wear and tear.
Some manufacturers may require additional details and criteria will be disclosed upon RMA request. ALL Orders over 30 days are subject to manufacturer approval and subject to approval/denial. If denied we will not take any further action and cannot accept the request, however if approved we will be happy to provide return labels to ship this back to our manufacturer partners.
