Auto Authorized Return Import Error Notification

An error occurred where an Amazon RMA auto-authorized and either a label or RMA is needed. Orders on this report must be authorized and approval needed from the vendor for an RMA. A Return Label is required and upload into SC.

Customer outreach is critical (message asking if they received a label and if not, we will provide the customer with our labels to complete the return).


1) Amazon RMA/Auto-Authorized Return stamp will appear in CRM and SC will show the return request is pending in Amazon. If there is a Return Label granted by Amazon, then simply update the CRM to reflect the Amazon Return tracking# for the return shipment and select status "RMA ISSUED".


2) Send RMA request message to the vendor and let them know that this item is being returned by the customers. (If the vendor denies an RMA based on the reason then we may have to contact damage or warranty).


3) If there are NO labels found in SC, then you will need to update the CRM with our FedEx issued label by going into CRM and selecting issue label.


If there is an Amazon UPS Label, update the CRM with AZ Tracking# and allow the order to ship to TP. We can determine later to have TP swap out with our label to go to the vendor for full credit. Otherwise items sent to TP will be resold on aftermarket (used) for lower cost.


4) RMA NOTIFICATION TO VENDOR

The vendors are not aware that a return is being sent, we must send a notification to the vendor via FD. 


Auto-RA vendors will allow us to reference our PO# as the RMA, you can create a label in CRM and let them know this is being sent back.


Vendors that require their RMA, we can only generate a label if approved, otherwise if denied, then we will send the return to Tradeport - select Autoplicity RMA and Autoplicity as the Return location in CRM for the label to send to TP.



6) Setting the CRM Status to "RMA Issued" and update the return tracking# in CRM and ensure that the SC return is complete with our RMA reference, Return Tracking and Label(s).

If you returned this with another return label other than the label we uploaded in Amazon Returns, please reply back and let us know so we can verify and complete your return. If we do not receive this and the return policy period of 30 days has expired, we will presume that you wish to keep the item and will close the return request due to incomplete return shipment.
